TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using the Eshvarsolis website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

1. BRAND & PRODUCT POSITIONING

Eshvarsolis operates in the premium / luxury apparel category. Our products emphasize craftsmanship, fabric quality, and experience over mass-produced uniformity.

Minor variations in color, texture, weave, or finish due to fabric nature, lighting, screen calibration, or production batches are inherent characteristics, not defects, and do not constitute deficiency under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & VISUALS

All images, videos, descriptions, and size guides are illustrative.
Exact visual or physical replication across devices or personal perception is not guaranteed.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice.

The price at checkout is final and binding.

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

Once an order is confirmed:

It cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.

Requests based on change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal reasons will not be entertained.

This is legally permissible for premium and limited-quantity goods.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Eshvarsolis is not responsible for courier delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond control.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must provide accurate shipping details and ensure availability at delivery.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, logos, content, images, packaging concepts, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Eshvarsolis.
Unauthorized use will result in legal action under applicable Indian laws.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Eshvarsolis shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability, if established, shall not exceed the product’s purchase value.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

All matters are governed by Indian law.
Jurisdiction lies exclusively with competent courts in India.

10. FINAL AUTHORITY

Eshvarsolis reserves the right to refuse service, cancel suspicious orders, and amend these Terms without prior notice.
Brand decisions are final, subject only to statutory rights.
