SHIPPING POLICY

Effective upon order confirmation.

By placing an order with Eshvarsolis, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

Eshvarsolis currently ships within India. International shipping, if offered, will be governed by separate terms communicated at checkout.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Processing timelines may vary based on product type, availability, and order volume.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only.

These timelines are not guarantees and shall not be treated as contractual obligations.

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regional restrictions, operational issues, or force majeure events are outside the control of Eshvarsolis.

No refunds, returns, or compensations shall be issued for delivery delays once the order has been dispatched.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

All shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of delivery outcome, return approval, or refusal.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILURE

Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard procedures.

Failure due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, refusal to accept, or repeated non-availability will result in return-to-origin (RTO).

Any RTO-related costs will be borne by the customer. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

6. RISK TRANSFER & OWNERSHIP

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.

Eshvarsolis is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery confirmation.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Eshvarsolis bears no liability for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

8. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

The customer must refuse delivery and notify Eshvarsolis immediately.

Acceptance of a damaged or tampered package without remark waives the right to claim.

Claims raised after acceptance will not be entertained.

9. COURIER PARTNER LIABILITY

Eshvarsolis works with third-party courier services and is not responsible for their operational failures once the shipment is handed over.

Any claims must comply with courier partner policies and verification processes.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Eshvarsolis shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

11. POLICY UPDATES

Eshvarsolis reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated policies apply immediately upon publication.
