RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if all conditions are met:
Product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice are intact
Product passes internal quality inspection
Any violation results in automatic rejection.
2. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Discounted items
Limited editions
Promotional drops
This is permitted under Indian consumer law.
3. SIZE & FIT
Sizing charts are provided as references.
Fit dissatisfaction or personal preference does not qualify as a defect and is not grounds for refund.
4. QUALITY CLAIMS
All products are inspected before dispatch.
Claims based on:
Subjective dissatisfaction
Styling expectations
Comparison with other brands
Perceived value
are not valid return reasons.
5. RETURN PROCESS
Requests must be raised within the specified return window (if offered).
Approval is subject to inspection upon receipt.
Eshvarsolis reserves the right to accept or reject any request.
6. REFUNDS
Refunds are processed only after approval and inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. ABUSE PREVENTION
Repeated, suspicious, or abusive return behavior may result in account restriction or permanent refusal of service.
8. FINAL DECISION
All return and exchange decisions by Eshvarsolis are final and binding, subject only to statutory consumer rights.
